New Blog, New Year, New Me?

After four long years, I've decided to start blogging again. This time around, I'm approaching it from a new angle-- a healthy angle. While I ran a semi-successful fitness blog back in 2012 (I'm talking ~8,000 followers), I wasn't in the healthiest of mindsets. Consumed by multiple eating disorders, low self-esteem, and depression, I was blogging out of place of desperate validation. The pressure of maintaining a healthy and happy facade was too much to handle, so I decided to shut my fitness empire down.
